Use instant oatmeal packets as a portion control tool if you don't have access to a food scale. This way you know exactly what and how much you're eating. 2.Add a protein source. Whey protein or egg whites pair well with oatmeal. Adding a protein source will keep you fuller longer by slowing carbohydrate digestion. 3. Add filling toppings like berries 🍓, fruit, nuts or nut butter. ⚠️ be careful with the nuts and nut butter since it's very calorie dense.
