Happy Wednesday Kings & Queens!! ➡️ Today was a extremely tough in the gym. My mind is everywhere but I left that on the outside and put my focus into my workout and pushed though the pain. Successful doesn’t happen overnight. You have to continue to push yourself when there are obstacles in the way; there will be good days and bad days. I tell myself and my hubby daily whatever we are going going through it shall come to past; we are dwelling on what isn’t happening we are using everyday as a opportunity for growth within ourselves. 🙌🏾🙏🏾💪🏾

[WELLNESS WEDNESDAY] Keep an eye on your portions! For higher-calorie foods, portion control is the key. In recent years, serving sizes have ballooned. Why not choose an appetizer instead of an entree or split a dish with a friend?  Also when reading food labels, check serving sizes! Some relatively small packages claim to contain more than one serving, so you have to double or triple the calories, grams of fat and milligrams of sodium if you’re planning to eat the whole thing. #WellnessWednesday #PortionControl #ServingSize

For me, fitness is a lifestyle. It’s not a fad, it’s not something I participate in 60 or 90 days out of the year. . It’s not something I practice, because I have an upcoming vacation and want to look hot in a bikini (although that’s an added bonus, I ain’t even gonna front). . It’s not about exercising for 60+ minutes, 5 days this week and then next week I’m too busy to even exercise 1 day. . Issa Lifestyle because I make it realistic and fun. . I exercise 30 minutes, 3 times per week because this is realistic based on my lifestyle. . I eat clean 80% of the time, (ain’t no way I’m giving up #wine & #pizza). . man.. my girl Dina is starting to tap into that real stubborn fat by them love handles😮😮.. it's coming nice, slow, and steady.. she's been working since May last year.. so she's a year and a half in😁.. she been lit tho.. just keeping it and making the improvements as we go😏.. she's hype about the gym opening too.. we did this with the equipment in the house.. IMAGINE WHEN I HAVE AN ENTIRE GYM TO PLAY WITH🤣🤣🤣

Today was primarily leg day, had my brother in the gym with my and husband. Had to mess with him a little while he worked out because that what big sisters dooooo!
