⏱Time - the one thing I think we can all say we don't have enough of. . I feel that! Sometimes life can get so busy you forget to just BREATHE and enjoy your surroundings. . It can be so easy to blame time for not doing something. I have totally done that 🙋 I swear there just aren't enough hours in a day sometimes. But if you make something a priority in your life then TIME is no longer an obstacle. . When you start looking forward to doing something rather than viewing it as a chore then time becomes irrelevant! It's all about perspective ☺️ I challenge YOU to look at the things around you in your life. What are some things you dread doing? Something that feels like a chore? Or maybe a waste of time? . Now SHIFT your mindset 🔁 WHY are you doing these things?! If you can think of a truly meaningful why for the things you do then they will no longer feel like a chore! I promise! ☺️ . So for me.. Instead of viewing my workouts as a chore or a waste of 1/2 hour, I remember WHY I workout! Everyone's why is different, individual and unique! But that doesn't make any Why less relevant! . Why I Workout: 🙃It gives me energy to get through the day 😁It releases endorphins which make me happier 💪🏻It makes me look and feel strong 👙It makes me feel more confident in my clothes and my own skin 💃I truly enjoy taking 1/2 hour for MYSELF every single day 🔟I have been able to lose weight and I hope to lose a bit more . 👉🏻So my challenge to you is that next time you are dreading something think of WHY you are doing it! Yes sometimes it's because you have no other choice. But most things we do we do for a specific reason! So what is yours?! This is a hi-intensity workout that takes you through cardio drills, athletic conditioning & explosive moves without using any equipment. You just use your body! . . This is the latest Insanity Live Round. Round 27. Insanity consists of 4 Blocks Each block consists of 4 exercises 30 seconds per exercise. Repeated 3 times. 3rd time, there is no rest followed by a 60 second power move. . . MODIFICATIONS are also demonstrated!!!!!! . . Here is what the workout consists of: Block 1: Plyometrics & Speed Block 2: Strength & Stability Block 3: Agility & Coordination Block 4: Abs & Core DIG DEEPER : 3 exercises, done for 60 seconds each. Brought out the artillery today with an upper body workout. Guns and pipes got a good workout. Shoulder picked today to be a little tricky, but I managed through. That really did feel good in the end.
