Unintentionally ate completely vegan today 🎉 I have a huge head start in that I'm lactose intolerant & I can't afford much meat (student life 😂) but I ate so many different things, ate loadsa fruit/veggies & 86g of protein. #LISS . . . Boy oh boy! I did not want to get up this morning nor did I want to do a single thing today. I got up, put on my clothes, & got out the door before my brain could register what was going on! It actually woke me up more being out there, getting in the morning fresh air. I have been having troubles with my watch using the SWEAT app so I am using the app on my phone & tracking my workouts through my iWatch. So hopefully no more glitches. Today, is a rest day. This weekend was leadership training for my summer job. It involved a vertical gym challenge course. Basically different shaped pieces of wood, cabled to trees and you climb up with the help of a partner. BAHAHAHAHA, words like climb mean monkey and help means major assistance! Once I mustered up the courage to attempt my teammate and I got 10ft off the ground and 10% into the challenge hahaha but that is success in my book!! More than I would have done had I said no! But it resulted in a SORE as FUCKING HELL body and some lovely colored bruises. Today I foam roll and stretch! Tomorrow will be yoga and maybe day one of #bbgweekthree !! #camp #summercamp

Thursday #LISS 3.21 miles at a personal best. So this morning I decided that I'm going to try a half marathon, I found one that's close to where I live in September so I have plenty of time to train. Anyways I had to put my big girl pants on and take my run off the treadmill and to the road. . . This was a huge step for me simply because I am so self conscious about my running, I am so new that I have always feared of what I look like running. ------>insert eye roll 🙄 . . Why did I care? I honestly don't know. Do I still care? NO!! Because that felt amazing. I have a long long way to go, but I'm so glad I did it because the last time I even tried to run a mile outside it kicked my butt! . . Here's to kicking ass and finding strength we had no idea that we had! Happy Thursday loves!
