Guys...Girl Scouts now have gluten free cookies!!!!! I was all bummed I couldn't get any this year, but this completely made my day! 😍 I've been MIA this week...had some pretty bad back pain for a couple days to the point that I could hardly bend over to pick something off the floor....so I had to take a couple days off...back on the grind tomorrow afternoon though. We made it to 33 weeks🤰I can’t believe I’ll be meeting this little guy give or take 7 weeks! Seems so surreal that I’ll be caring for him vs. carrying him so soon. I still have a TON of energy thanks to my workouts 5 days a week and thankfully no pain or discomfort (I am also sleeping with no problems!) 🙌🏻 It does definitely feel like little boy is losing some space in there since he is getting so big and he loves to move a lot right before bed time and first thing in the morning. I’m thinking about what I want to do before baby comes and it definitely includes at least 2 more date nights with hubby, one day of sleeping in as late as I want, a manicure/pedicure, cleaning my closest out, and getting meals prepped for when baby comes! Moms-What was on your pre due date bucket list? 💕

In addition, citrus contains no fat or sodium and, being a plant food, no cholesterol. LEGGY LEGS . . Loved leg day today 🤩 lots of weights and lots of moves I’ve never seen before. I really enjoy variety. I always had an awful burn feeling in my legs (lactic acid) on BBG leg day so I much preferred this type of workout. . . That’s 5 out of 6 day’s exercise done this week which I’m chuffed about. I’m enjoying my lifestyle change the most - early morning, meals prepped so no faffing, exercise done and dusted before 9:30am, all afternoon meals prepped and packed, rest of the day to work and not focus/obsess over counting calories or getting my workout in, reading in bed, feeling tired instead of insomnia, bed early. Love this new routine for me. . . Stole this off sophiegetsstrong but it’s so something that so many of us can relate to! We get out of life what we put in and in 6 months time you can either be frustrated at yourself because you haven’t put the time or love into yourself or you can be 6 months further down the line of loving and improving yourself! Hey guys. 👋🏼 it’s been a looooong time. Like, what, 6 months or something? I’ve been way off track. I stopped bbg about 9 months ago.. I tried to start up again a few times but just kept stopping. I was still running.. mostly because I had my CLR race in August but as soon as I was done with that, all bets were off. I felt like I “deserved” to take a break from all exercise & I “deserved” to eat whatever the hell I wanted. And I just never went back. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I haven’t weighed myself in probably 7 months and if I’m being honest.. I’m a little terrified to see where I’m at now. I’m definitely disappointed in myself because I was so disciplined and on track before. Now I need to find my grove again & remember my “why”. Why I started this fitness IG to begin with, why I started bbg. This week I started bbg again. I’m starting back at square one.. with #bbgpretraining. It’s definitely kicking my BUTT. But, one step at a time, right? I want to take it a little slow these first few weeks, ease into my workouts, then slowly start running again, and I really want to focus more on my diet this time around. I want habits that will STICK. No quick fixes. Anyway, I guess my rant is over. 😅 I’m going to try and check in regularly over here to stay accountable and keep motivated. I’m excited to get re-connected with all you ladies and to see how the past 6 months have been treating you!! I’ve missed my fitness community! ♥️ Goals for the last few days of this week -finally step on a scale 😳 -finish #bbgpretrainingweek1 strong -get out for a hike with my family -drink more water! 💦
