I used to be afraid to do things that would make me stand out. Small things like wearing bright red lipstick or high fashion items because I didn't want to draw attention to myself.. I didn't want people to comment "nice lipstick" with that whole undertone of why the hell are you wearing it secretly behind their comment.. you know what I'm saying? But, what kind of a life is that? Just trying to fit in so that you aren't left behind the pack? It's human nature to not want to feel abandoned.. but here's what I want you to know. If bright red lipstick makes you happy & feel confident & feminine doing it.. then go do it, because who are "they" anyways?

3 weeks apart between video 1 and 2. 10x assisted chin ups, 5 seconds faster today. These days, I like seeing my progress video. kayla_itsines tobi_pearce sweat Kayla please encourage other BBG Girls to do video to see the real progress of being stronger. I think it is much more motivating than still pictures. Don’t get me wrong, still pictures are powerful but in the video you can see the real struggle. Lo que estoy comiendo en este mismo momento! Tan simple pero tan nutritivo y rico!! Y lo mejor! Preparado en menos de 10 minutos!! Sé que algun s no podéis reservar un rato del finde para organizar un bach cooking semanal pero si tendréis 1minuto antes de iros a trabajar para poner el arroz en remojo antes de iros y 30h para cocerlo por la noche mientras dais la cena a los peques! Y el resto de la preparación prometo que no te lleva más de 10 minutos! Y ya tienes listo este kale salteado con ajitos, cañamo, gomasio natural y sal marina gorda y este risotto de arroz salvaje rojo con salsa de arroz, comino negro y setas. Esta noche cuelgo receta en el blog y cuento porqué en casa tomamos este arroz y sus propiedades y beneficios! Que aproveche!!! Tú que vas a comer hoy?
