Back to realityyyyy and my early morning #PWR sweat sessions 😬👊🏻! My little sister was visiting this past weekend, so I took yesterday off of work to have a nice 3-day weekend with her! It was such a fun weekend filled with lots of activities and laughter, and although we were definitely active, the weekend also included Chinese food and pizza 🍕and cupcakes 🎂 and macaroons and more cupcakes, oooh and this amazing bubble waffle ice cream sundae thing (🤗😋🤤 tigerforkdc ), and not a whole lot of vegetables 🥒🤷🏻‍♀️. But it was all absolutely worth it! I might not feel my leanest right now, but my heart is full and happy and that's way more important 💕😊! Mix it up! Working out doesn't have to be boring. Of course, standing on the cross trainer every single day for an hour and doing the same exercises over and over again gets dull. To avoid boredom and lack of motivation switch things up. There are sooo many workouts you can try, no matter your preferences. Have you tried #freeletics, #trx, #crossfit, #weightlifting? Getting back into our walking routine! Did a quick mile loop this morning...jeez is it foggy. Day one of the jusbyjulie soup/juice cleanse went really well. I actually struggled to finish everything. Went to the gym for the first time in ages and mannn it felt good! Felt like I could carry the world for a generous 1,5 hours. The strength that my body has was finally released with this workout! I am considering starting the #BBG again, since I still have so much energy left! Right now I have to read some papers for tomorrow and a few chapters of a (boring) book but after that I feel like going outside and sport again 💪🏼 Oh and my BG's were quite fine, went from 11 to 13, corrected and then from 9 to 4. Ended with some dextro though.
