Day 5 - Interestingly I am craving salt - usually I crave sugar. Didn’t like breakfast and hardly ate any. Don’t like just creamy stuff with no flavour, no matter how good for me it is. Lunch is always freaking bliss for me! Love it! So many flavours and colours!! I am getting very tired after treatments - which docs told me normal. It is the bod’s l lymphatic system getting rid of shit. Really feel like sleeping all morning and listening to podcasts. Don’t much feel like talking - that does kind of happen from time to time you would know... Craving some yoga as well - hope they don’t restrict me but I’m going to sneak some in! :) Keep you posted for the last 2 days kids! Cheers to a 3 day work week👏🏼👏🏼💁🏼‍♀️💁🏼‍♀️ my life and job have kept me very busy the past few weeks (like always). But there’s still always time to eat healthy (but maybe slack a little on insta 😬)!! Tonight’s dinner, and tomorrow’s lunch, consisted of some random things that i just needed to cook... no planning involved🤦🏼‍♀️. Fortunately it all turned out tasty! This bowl consists of browned ground turkey, green beans, green Chile, and a wild rice/ quinoa mixture! TOSTADAS DE ATÚN SPICY FIT💜 . Mi cena de hoy, estaba deli👌🏻. Ideal para este lunes con sabor a domingo. . Con un medallón pequeño salen dos tostadas. . Necesitamos: ❇Atún fresco en cubitos ❇Yogurt griego natural ❇Chipotle ❇Siracha ❇Limón ❇Soya baja en sodio o liquid aminos ❇Tostadas horneadas ❇Pepino ❇Cebolla morada ❇Chile caribe ❇Cilantro ❇Aguacate . Preparación: primero en un bowl grande: agregas el medallón de atún en cubitos, 1/2 pepino, 1 chile caribe, 1/4 de cebolla morada y cilantro al gusto. . En otro bowl chico aparte agregar dos cdas grandes de yogurt griego natural, 1cda del jugo del chipotle, 1cda de soya baja en sodio o liquid aminos y 1 limón. . Agregar la mezcla del bowl chico en el grande. . En una tostada horneada poner 1/4 de aguacate de base y el atún encima y listo!! No toma mas de 15 min el preparar todo y es una manera diferente y saludable de comer el atún. .
