Happy Thursday everyone! This bowl may not be the most vibrant and beautiful but it was delicious none-the-less. 😋 Also, I promise there is a pumpkin spinach smoothie under there but full disclose the color was very unappealing. 🙈 So, I served this smoothie up in a little bowl that I knew I could easily cover up with toppings! 😂 But hey, isn’t the saying “the uglier the smoothie the tastier”? At least that’s what clementine.starbird and munchinspo have said recently and this smoothie definitely supports that theory! 🙌🏻 I am enjoying this day at home with my little man. Good Morning ☕❤️ Happy Thursday . صباح الخير ☕❤️ ▪️اليوم اختاريت موضوع حلو وخفيف، هواية تسألوني عليه .... القهوة أو النسكافيه تسمن لو ما تسمن؟ يصير نشرب قهوة واحنة مسوين دايت 🤔؟ ▪️القهوة او النسكافيه السادة تقريباً خالية من السعرات الحرارية (كوب القهوة السادة بدون سكر ولا إضافات به 2 سعرة حرارية فقط) 👈 القهوة السادة ما تسمن... اللي يسمن هو الإضافات اللي نضيفها للقهوة (حليب ، كريم مكثف محلى ، مبيض القهوة ، سكر ، كراميل وغيرها) هذه رح ترفع السعرات الحرارية، وتكون أكثرها دهون وسعرات حرارية غير صحية ❌ .... ▪️أفضل شي نحضر القهوة (نسكافيه) بالبيت مع حليب قليل او خالي الدسم أو حليب اللوز واكيد بدون سكر حتكون السعرات الحرارية 40-110 للكوب وأكثرها سعرات حرارية صحية (بروتين)... ▪️القهوة (النسكافيه) السادة مفيدة جداً للجسم تحتوي كمية كبيرة من مضادات الأكسدة، واستهلاك القهوة 👈 قبل التمرين يحرر أحماض دهنيّة بالجسم بسبب وجود مادة الكافيين، الجسم يحرق هذه الأحماض الدهنية ويستخدمها كمصدر للطاقة أثناء التمرين ✔️💯... ▪️شكد مسموح نأخذ قهوة باليوم؟ الاعتدال بكل شي مطلوب ✔️👍 احسن شي هو 2-3 كوب باليوم ... نحاول نتجنب القهوة باليل (تسبب أرق) آخر كوب المفروض يكون قبل 4 ساعات عالاقل من موعد النوم وإذا تحبون باليل مشروبات دافية تكدرون تاخذون قهوة خالية من الكافيين ( decaf ) أيضا مفيدة وتحتوي تقريبا نفس كمية مضادات الأكسدة بس خالية من الكافيين ✔️👍.... بالنسبة الي أخذ القهوة مرتين فقط باليوم الصبح والعصر وأحياناً بدل قهوة العصر أخذ شاي 🤗 . . #رشاقة #صحة #قهوة #دايت #ريجيم #دايت_صحي #دايت_بدون_حرمان #فتنس #ريجيم_صحي #نظام_صحي #نصائح_غذائية #goodmorning #healthy #healthylifestyle #healthyeating #healthyfood #healthychoices #cleaneat #cleaneating #balanceddiet #nutrition #fitness #healthy_diet #realfood #positivevibes #coffee #coffeetime #coffeelovers #delicious #foodie

Ever have a “cheat meal” or night out where you just don’t stick to your meal plan or macros at all? What do you do next? How do you treat yourself after?
