Chocolate chia pudding for those chocolate lovers like myself ☺️ . . Method: mix 4 tbsp chia seeds, 1/4 cup raw cacao and cinnamon in 2 cups almond milk, and refrigerate overnight. Top with your favorite toppings to sweeten or add maple syrup.

I have been told on more than one occasion that I have an abnormal obsession with Brussel Sprouts 😲😕😜 I mean seriously? Just because I eat them roasted or grilled. Baked or Steamed. Hot or cold. Even raw! I don't see the problem.🤓 Besides Brussels sprouts are rich in many valuable nutrients. They are an excellent source of vitamin C and vitamin K. They are a very good source of numerous nutrients including folate, manganese, vitamin B6, dietary fiber, choline, copper, vitamin B1, potassium, phosphorus and omega-3 fatty acids. 😍💙

Coles had big green bunches of kale for $2 this week. I cooked one up today in some coconut oil with garlic, chilli, lemon juice and S+P. Having this ready in the fridge to warm up makes for a quick, easy and nourishing breakfast. Perfect for me as its back to work tomorrow. Just add an egg or some mixed nuts or whatever 🥑🌽🍅🥚🥓

Hello beautiful people! I thought it would only be appropriate since launching my new branding to share with you one of my Skin Guru elixirs that is part of my recipe book I am creating! I call this one Kissing The Lips of Vitality Juice as it has so much life and healing in it for you and your skin! Recipe Juice 1 apple of choice - 1/2 an organic lemon - one piece of organic ginger ( about the half size or so of your thumb ) . 4 stalks of celery , 1/2 cup of organic kale ( frozen or fresh ) 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple. Directions - Juice apple, lemon, celery and ginger in your juicer of choice - transfer first ingredients into a high speed blender ( Vitamix works well ) add pineapple and kale and pulse until blended - enjoy! This elixir is great to enjoy on the daily for beautiful, clear skin and also for a nice natural energy boost! Remember lovely people beautiful skin comes from the inside out! Skin care is essential, and here is a small part of my beauty arsenal: ☆ CLEANSING is uber important. I use organic olive or coconut oil, foam and micellar water to take off make-up and all kinds of dirt clinging into the pores. Using a super expensive product on a skin that has not been properly cleansed is counter active. ☆ANTIOXIDANTS help our skin fight the daily pollution and help rejuvenate. ☆ HYDRATION is KEY especially if you are over 30 yo. Collagen, Vitamins C, E and A, Retinol all help the skin cells reproduce and look youthful. If you are in winter like I am now, you have to double up on hydration as central heating is a big culprit in making the skin dry and patchy. For those with oily skin I could recommend gel like moisturizers as they are oil free. Extra tip for all seasons: EXFOLIATE from here to the moon! Use a soap and a paraben free daily scrub with small and gentle particles. By exfoliating daily you are improving the blood and lymph circulation, also giving your skin a good work out which leads to a lot less wrinkles. Just make sure you are not pulling and scrubbing hard on the skin as that will damage it.
