Min resa börjar här.. och.. nu. Vetskapen av att endast 5-6 procent av vårt serotonin produceras i hjärnan och resten i tarmen och i princip hela immunsystemet härstammar i tarmen och att vi i princip är mer bakterier än människor gör att idag börjar jag äta för att leva ett långt och hälsosamt liv. Allt du äter med dåliga bakterier i sig som socker, färgämnen, gluten, transfetter osv kan direkt kopplas till sjukdomar som cancer och tillstånd som depression, MS, trötthet och dålig hud osv enligt forskning. Våra dåliga bakterier i magen som också är genetiskt överförda kan lura våra hjärnor att bli sugna på vissa saker och hungriga när vi egentligen inte är det, det betyder alltså att en inflammerad tarmflora kan göra oss övervikta. Det fantastiska med detta är att generna inte styr oss lika mycket som vi trott och att bara genom att du äter rätt kan du motverka detta. Jag har precis börjat utforskat detta område och varje individ har möjligheten till att återställa sin tarmflora bara genom att ändra livsstil och bokstavligt talat rädda sig själv från sjukdomar och mediciner och leva längre. För mig är det självklart vilket val jag gör. ❤ Idag blev det en sallad i så många färger jag hade hemma, linssoppa och vatten fyllt med citron utan skal och ingefära. ✨
