If you take a look around, the majority of people neglect the full range of muscle use and only really hit the mid range fibres of most muscle groups. Muscles should be worked through their full range but not necessarily by using one exercise. In the vid i demonstrate how to work the triceps through their full range using 3 exercises in a 'tri-set' that i got from ifbbbenpak . A little tricep position of flexion tri-set to have a go at: 3 circuits of 8 reps each.
