So having my Facebook account deleted may turn out to be a bit of a blessing!...New year new start and all that good stuff! Gostaria primeiro de revelar um fato. Existem mais de 25.000 diferentes tipos de dietas. O grande fato é, não existem muitas pessoas erradas já que a grande maioria segue o mesmo conceito em que é necessário ingerir menos calorias que consome. Sendo assim resolvi postar as 5 razões por quais as pessoas não conseguem seguir a dieta: 1.Não comem de forma adequada (porções e no horário estipulado). Para ter o resultado desejado é necessário se comer de 3 em 3 horas e na quantidade correta (Proteína, Carboidrato e gorduras) 2.Não pesam os alimentos. Pesar os alimentos (refeições) da uma compreensão mais prática dos tamanhos das porções e só assim você consegue controlar a quantidade de calorias ingeridas. 3.Não preparam as famosas “MARMITAS FIT” com antecedência. Nem todos temos tempo para estar em casa e na cozinha de 3 em 3 horas. Por isso é necessário deixar todas as refeições já preparadas e prontas para o consumo. 4.Comem “escondidos”. Comem escondidos ou atacam a geladeira a noite. Mais uma vez a necessidade de comer de 3 em 3 horas. Pode-se e deve se incluir na dieta 1 refeição noturna (Ceia) isto fará com que consiga evitar as escapadas. 5.Pensam que ficar sem comer emagrece. Ficar sem comer não emagrece já que seu corpo necessita de comida (fonte de energia). A grande maioria das pessoas ficam sem comer por longos períodos, ou costumam a ter 3 grandes refeições por dia como por exemplo tomam cafe da manhã, almoçam e jantam.
