I went hard af at the gym while I was home and tried so many new workouts that I ended up LOVING. Getting diversity in your routine is so important so that you keep challenging yourself and so that your body doesnt get used to what you normally would do! You all know I would always do my 30 minute ab workout and I would only do that routine constantly, but then I saw myself getting used to it and I wasnt seeing definition like I used to. Since Ive tried new routines I am able to see more definition and I know Im challenging myself because of how sore I am for the next few days!!
