How many of you train in a gym full of mirrors? Unless you’re rehabbing an injury and are checking for symmetry I’d recommend finding an area with no mirrors. . Facing a mirror means you rely more on the feedback of what you see rather than what you feel. Proprioceptive feedback is far more valuable. From experience, lifters who face a mirror often throw their shoulders back at the top of the lift too. . Tag someone who trains in front of a mirror.

1 AM yoga + kettle bell mobility session whilst watching Super Saiyan 2 Gohan beat Cell on DBZ, did some calf stretching and lots of hip mobility stuff as well before. My mobility isn't the best but I've come a long way if I look back on where I was a year ago. Still have more to go. Notice the arched back which puts the lumbar under pressure. After some core activation drills the athlete was able to better maintain midline stability which improves both safety and maximal force production.

PB 90KG x3 PUSH PRESS . Only one thing went well for me yesterday, everything else sucked a big bag of..... anyways hit this after snatch and squats so V happy 😊 .
