To continue making improvements, it is necessary to refine areas that need attention and development. Some work today on Snatches from the Blocks at hip height. First time doing these and can already see how beneficial they will be towards a better and more efficient Snatch. This position on the Blocks forces you to zone in on the pull under because you cannot generate any momentum from your posterior chain. Performed 1 rep every 1:15 x 15 sets today. ------------------ On another note, the Jerk Blocks you see in the video are homemade, courtesy of the blueprint from eo3_fit . I was craving fried chicken so bad yesterday. Usually when I get cravings like that I go into “fuck it” mode and eat it (I am bulking) so it’s usually not a big deal. But the last few weeks I have gotten a lot better about creating more macro friendly versions of what I’m wanting. And no we’re not talking about 1 carb waffle bull shit. This fried chicken salad was so good and it totally satisfied my cravings without blowing my macros for the day.

Final WOD of the week for me...5 rounds of 9 Thrusters @ 42.5kg and 35 double unders! Time cap was 16 minutes and I got in at 15:13rx! This was the start of round 4, was feeling the burn at this point. This week has been excellent for me, I'm feeling absolutely pumped to get in next week already!
