You guys probably know how much I love my preworkout...and while I don’t consume multiple cups of coffee every day, I have gotten to where I am relying on caffeine to get me through my day, pretty much every day. Sound familiar? ______ But have you ever noticed how your morning cup of coffee just isn’t giving you that much needed boost anymore? So maybe you have another cup...or two? Or you aren’t feeling that extra push from your preworkout, so you try adding another scoop? And yet you still feel tired. ______ Our bodies get tired of constantly responding to the excessive amounts of stress and stimulants. We may start to feel tired all the time, even with 8+ hours of sleep. We feel worn down, have a hard time recovering from workouts and/or sickness. Squats!!!!!!! 5x5 at 185 # moving like butta and depth on point!! After a disappointing weekend I’m all better and it felt so good to get under that bar! It’s like going home after a long vacation! I didn’t use my lifters today because I wanted to break in my new nobullproject shoes which for the record are flat bottom and good for lifting!!! Squats were followed by barbell lunges 3x 10 each leg, heavy leg press 4x10, leg extensions 4x10 and leg curls 3x15!!! Now getting in my post workout shake so I can walk tomorrow. Generally there's plus or minus a few things but I thought I'd just grab it and see what I had. . . •Post-workout stack #phormula-1 and #ignition •pre-workout #megawattV2 in Blue Rasperberry • #legionofboom wrist wraps • power_hold chalk because colored chalk gives you superhuman grip 😝✊🏻 •tripod because sometimes you gotta get that gym selfie •lacrosse balls •circle band (xxx strength), I had more but I kept giving them away •wrist wraps •ankle strap for booty gains •wireless headphones 🎧 but generally I keep a backup pair too if they die •hair ties •deodorant (nothing worse then getting to the gym and realizing you forgot) •doTERRAs Deep Blue rub.
