O meio do caminho sempre foi um lugar muito desagradável pra uma pessoa como eu. Day 10 KICKOVAAAAA!!! #KickoversNLeftovers Last day of our challenge😥 I can't even think HOW MUCH I can improve my handstand for only 10 days! Thank you, dear hosts and sponsors (mostly throwin.shapes, I watched only you) It's not kick over, I still afraid of falling. But now I play with it and see a lot of improvement! So soon it'll come! I'm sure! Опять же, оговорюсь: здесь речь не столько об отстройке стойки на руках, сколько о ее ощущении Это движение учит чувствовать, где находится таз, и выносить его над головой. Понятное дело, одна нога держится за стену, но она же в будущем будет толчковой - чему я сейчас учусь А ещё такое медленное выстраивание помогает дотянуть воздушный шпагат - чем больше разножка, тем ближе к земле, ведь так?😉 . Some arm strengthening for #kickoversnleftovers Downward facing dog pushups and working pincha, but I was a little tired so did some headstanding. Something I’ve noticed lately is that my elbows stray away from each other a lot. I’ve been trying to think about squeezing my elbows together to provide a more stable base. Tucks in headstand. When we move our legs around in headstand it makes us think about the engagement in our core and shoulders a little more, because sometimes you find that magical balancing place and you start to let go of the engagement. This is probably far too late for the #yogachallenge but I don’t really care 🙈 from #kickoversnleftovers wheel boot camp! Wheel pushups, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, and hopping on each leg. (BTW I do not move this fast haha video is sped up x2 for Instagram) doing a few rounds of all of this can make you real tired! The one legged skips were so scary for me! I thought somehow I was gonna fall in my head, but it didn’t happen! Sometimes the things we are scared of really are just in our heads, but you’ll never really know until you try it. Day 9 of #KickoversNLeftovers My fears are in past🙈 It was my first try of this kick over. You can see my FAIL in the end of this video😱 But now I know how it works💪💪 ____________ Ребята, не пугайтесь, я жива! На видео в конце первая попытка и мягкое приземление. Finally I got Day 10 #kickoversnleftovers I don’t have a hill to work with and since I’m still scared of falling I decided to work on them on the trampoline. And while I’m not sure I accomplished much, we had a really good time. And I was laughing at MayMay and had another epic fall, which made me laugh even harder!! So even though I didn’t work on kicking over from a hard surface, I feel more comfortable now so I’ll keep working on it! When I started I wasn’t loving backbends, still not in love, but they are looking better and getting easier! Day 8 of #KickoversNLeftovers More Arms Stretching This is one of my favourite poses (actually!). It makes you feel like you're alredy doing handstand like #pikepress variation and you very use your core. Love it! ____________ Дорогие, всех с первым днём зимы и декабря!🎅 Пусть этот месяц принесет вам только приятные хлопоты, вы справитесь со всеми делами и с распростёртыми объятиями встретите январь 2018!🤗 Да, он уже скоро) А на сегодня у нас в рубрике #о_йоге_доступно ➡➡УГОЛОК ЖМИТЕ ФЛАЖОК🚩 - ПРИГОДИТСЯ! Для контроля положения вашего тела в пространстве используйте зеркало или попросите ассистента. В моем варианте руки даже слегка уходят за линию таза, что, конечно, хорошо их растягивает, но с другой стороны это не делает их стабильными ⬇⬇⬇ Обратите внимание: ладони НЕ под плечами. Значит баланса не будет, а будет перегруз и как следствие - завал в стойке. Но если вы просто хотите потянуться (как я), то поза в любом варианте вам подойдет. Главное - толкайте таз назад, работайте с дыханием, прогибайтесь в пояснице! #KickoversNLeftovers Day 9 Kick over with wall assist. Although I am just posting this now, I have spent the last few days working on “kicking over courage”. The wall has come easy to me but when I put my feet on that box, I freeze! I think if I just get a spotter for my first few times I’ll feel better about it. I did kick over once from the box but it didn’t end so lovely! 😂😂 so for now I’m going to keep practicing my drills and I know the courage will come!
