8 meses de entrenamiento personal han sido suficientes para que pilar no solo haya conseguido sus primeros objetivos como: Pérdida de peso. Beneficios cardiovasculares. Recusación total del suelo pélvico. Beneficios estéticos . Etc. Hay que tener en cuenta que empezamos el entrenamiento 3 meses después de dar a luz. Además ahora ha conseguido unas condiciones físicas envidiables, capaz de realizar entrenamientos de una dificultad e intensidad que cada día hasta yo me sorprendo cuando se los planifico. 18/66 #gymshark66 •••hit legs/booty harddd today👊🏼 lovee when the booty and legs are sore, no pain no gain amiright😈 •••started off the day with a leg/booty HITT workout, 2 sets and you’ll be sweating balls (I also did kB swings but the video stopped because of a gymshark insta notification😂) tried to kill the hammies today which included deadlifts 😛 225 for 2 (f u ymca for not allowing chalk🙄) also did some other lifts that made me wanna cry (straight leg RDL’s hip thrusts, kettle bell swings) and finished with a lil booty burner and to top it off STRETCHING 🙏🏽 best thing to do for the joints especially hip flexors.... killing it day by day💪🏼
