My 1st DRAWING in over 2 YEARS! (A quick few hour smaller piece just on computer paper.) I didn’t know what to draw so I thought why not the largest land mammal!..Who just so also happens to be a 100% plant eater 😉. Elephants are extremely intelligent creatures with memories that span several years. They form deep family bonds and live in herds of up to 100 individuals. 💡FUN FACT: adult elephants eat 300-400 pounds of food a DAY!! (Grasses, leaves, bark, roots, bananas, sugarcane etc.) ⚠️ SAD FACT: According to scientists, climate change is a major threat to elephants. Habitat loss is on the rise with hotter and drier climate, leaving poorer foraging conditions and threatening calf survival. 🤔 No good person wants to see elephants go extinct. Poaching is viewed as truly evil. Yet with animal agriculture being the LEADING cause of climate change, meat centered western diets are a GREATER threat to their future on this planet than poachers‼️‼️‼️. Let thy DIET reflect thy VALUES! .✌️🌱🌍🐘 #VEGANSTRONG 🌱💪
