Since I got a lot of comments and messages after my post the other day about what I did to get rid of the constant bloating and balance my hormones, I wanted to make another post with a few tips. First, let me say we are all individuals, so what foods that I may have been sensitive to could be completely different for you. But, with everyone the key to fixing food sensitivities is healing the gut. There are a few ways to do this, but some of the things that I did were completely cutting out foods I knew I had a reaction to, only eating whole real foods, taking a 50 strain probiotic, and making sure I ate some type of fermented food every day. As far as the hormones go, again we are all different and with that I have to work with each woman individually to figure out where their hormones are off balance and then what the proper food and supplements are for them. But a couple things in general you could use for balancing our Maca and Vitex. Usually with most my clients I begin with a questionnaire that helps me pinpoint their symptoms to figure out which hormones are off balance and what . Hopefully this helps you ladies out a little! I have been doing dumbbell squats on Thursdays since I already do back squats on Tuesdays. Unfortunately, my grip strength is not even close to my leg strength, but I liked that I felt the exercise more in my quads. I swapped the dumbbell squats out for hex bar deadlifts, and I nearly made my goal of lifting 10,000 pounds in a single session! 💪
