Vinyasa of the Day:Seated Urdhva Hastasana (arms overhead)In my group and private teaching I see a lot of people who have difficulty with generalized asana practices due to back issues, hypertension, arthritis etc. These next few videos are dedicated to them.1. Sit on a chair with your feet planted on the floor, about hip width. Feel your sit bones on the chair and try to root down, lengthening your spine.2. Inhale, and float your arms up as high as you can comfortably, following them by raising your head as much as you can without pain or strain.3.
