Heeeeeey cookie dough lovers! 👋🏼 If you’re as big a fan of cookie dough as me, this alternative will help get your fix without the massive amount of carbs, fats, sugars, etc. _ I posted a similar recipe a whiiiile back, but this one is a little different! Key ingredient here is chickpeas 🐣 _ You’ll also need: * Some sort of nut butter and/or nut powder. (I used cashew butter and powdered peanut powder tonight) * Some sort of milk, I typically use a nut milk like almond milk or cashew milk (what I used tonight) * A little vanilla extract * Dark chocolate chips, cocoa nibs, and /or sprinkles _ What I did tonight: 1 can of chickpeas, 1 TBSP Cashew Butter, 2 TBSP of PBFit, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, cashew milk to consistency, & Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips. Blend then add your chocolate chips or other toppings! _ FYI - These are not meant to bake into cookies!!! 🐲Spicy Teriyaki bowl with vegan spicy yogurt on a bed of coconut quinoa 🌿 Sub water for coconut milk when cooking quinoa. I used the ohsheglows vegan teriyaki recipe for the sautéed vegetables (red onion, purple cabbage, shredded carrots & water chestnuts) and for the spicy yogurt I mixed half a cup of so_delicious coconut yogurt, 1tsp of cayenne pepper, ground cumin & pepper, and sriracha at your own liking!

PURÉ LOW CARB 💪🏻 El almuerzo fit de hoy fue pescado con brócoli y eso que parece puré de papa en realidad es coliflor ✅ El puré de coliflor se parece mucho en textura y sabor al puré de papa 🥔 pero es una opción más fit 💪🏻 muy buen sustituto para personas que están llevando un plan de control de peso o una dieta baja en carbohidratos 🍴1 taza de coliflor cocida tiene alrededor de 30 calorías y 5 grs de carbs VS 1 taza de papa cocida tiene 140 calorías y aprox 30 grs de carbs ➡️ Las verduras son aliadas para la reducción de peso gracias a que aportan más volumen y fibra con menos calorías así que este puré es una excelente opción y muy fácil de hacer! Ingredientes: ✅ 1 cabeza de coliflor ✅ 1 diente de ajo cocido ✅ 1 cucharada de mantequilla derretida o aceite de oliva ✅ sal y pimienta al gusto ➡️Preparación: 👉🏻lava la coliflor, quítale el tallo, separa los floretes y cocínalos al vapor (muchos lo sancochan pero yo prefiero al vapor para que el puré no quede tan aguado y para que conserve más vitaminas) 👉🏻mezcla la coliflor cocida con los demás ingredientes ya sea con una batidora de mano o en un procesador de alimentos y listo!
