Sooo I decided to use My Insta page as a way to track and show progress from Holiday eating to summer beach body readiness (my belly is my area of focus)... Most of my favorite people know that I loveee Nutrition & Fitness 🤓 I love bodybuildingcom (bodyspace app) ! You can create a profile and train with your favorite program (it tells you step by step what to do and gives you a video tutorial if needed 🙌🏻) It’s like having a free personal trainer! Soooo hopefully some of you will appreciate these upcoming posts.. it’s definitely a weird thing for me to post, but I feel like I’ve had enough friends along the way that want me to give them advice for #cleaneating and #workoutmotivation Day 1 for me starts with trying not to eat any packaged/ processed anti foods, no white foods other than cauliflower/ no white breads, sugar, salt- emphasis on sweets for me and limiting the vino 🍷 👎🏻. I also am using jimstoppani 12 week shortcut to size on bodybuildingcom (bodyspace app) at the moment. My favorite program is jamieeasonmiddleton LivFit trainer!!! Love it!! I am working out 4-5 days a week and leaving 2 days for recovery. Sooo here I am... Day 1, and Day 8... hoping to motivate myself and hopefully others that maybe needed some guidance ✌️ 💗 😋
