Me far right!!! - SUPRISE!!! 👋🏼So this is what went down! Completely unexpected but I competed yesterday! 🏆🏆🏆 I went on like a normal day, no depletion of water NO carb loading, no lollies to pump up just carried on like a day to day I would normally have! Leg Day!! Took my rspnutrition pre-workout from my free sample box today!! A+!! Felt great!! It was a long work week. Came home and took a little nap, watched a little football (Go Gators), and then did a late night leg workout!!! I could have easily have gone back to bed but that won't get me anywhere!! *****Long Post- BUT PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ****VERY IMPORTANT!**** This is an unusual picture to post for this account and that is because I am having a coming to Jesus moment. Just joking, haha☺️ But here's thing, I want to take a second to explain why I started this account and why I'm also going to delete it .. I started this account to showcase the inner-Athlete in me, in hopes that it may inspire and help others in their own inner-Athlete journeys! • Soo.... Here's a little backstory: I have had a true sense of an athletic spirit deep in my heart for as long as I can remember. I always looked forward to playing sports in high school. I grew up in a house across the street from a park, and I remember practicing my passions during the summer months from sun up to sun down. Although I was comparatively strong (started lifting at 11 years old🤷🏼‍♀️🙃) and FEISTY, I didn't have pure talent or height on my side! Therefore, I knew I had to give it 110 percent, 110 percent of the time. And I did! Sometimes I would dread practices because I would always push myself to the absolute max, and then some! For example, when we ran laps to warm up, I pushed myself to run all the way around each corner. Or when we practiced our approaches, I would focus on using EVERY OUNCE of energy I had to reach that explosive potential, even though I knew I probably would never be faced with an opportunity to use that practiced skill in a game. I did it anyways. I never cut corners or slacked because A.) I knew I couldn't afford to, and B.) something inside my own self never let me! Along with learning and understanding how to work with a team, I soon discovered a drive in me that was fueled in the weight room! With the rise of social media, the world of lifting was brought to my attention in a whole new light!!! I was also introduced to the world of the athletes who live for hunting the mountains, via social media. I was raised in a family who hunted and I also was blessed to be a part of another family that also lives and breaths hunting. (my high school sweetheart and now hubby💍) Throughout these experiences, I never lost that inner fire in me. ***READ THE REST IN COMMENTS***

Does Meal Timing 🍽 Matter? _ The idea of eating every 2-3 hours, 5-7 times of days has been created around the notion that you need to stoke the "metabolic fire." And while some may say "that makes sense," we really need to look to what the science says. _ Why? We have dealt with several people who have developed anxiety around their meal timing. So how does adding unnecessary anxiety ACTUALLY make sense? _ Research shows that if you are eating in the range of 3 to 6 meals, this will not make a huge difference as far as body composition results. Does this mean you should rearrange your life to try and make 3 to 6 meals work? No. Definitely Not. _ Finding a range that allows you to be consistent is MORE important. It has been shown that inconsistent meal timing can slightly decrease energy expenditure and insulin sensitivity. _ So find something that works for you! Something that allows you to be consistent is convenient and doesn't create anxiety. If you can consume 2 meals a day CONSISTENTLY then continue that.
